We are equipped with high-end & modern cutting machinery with cutting capacity upto 200 MT. High accuracy machines help us to closely manage weights of the forgings reducing scrap.

FORGING

Our forging unit has been delivering high quality and custom forgings in a variety of sizes and quantities. Using hammer forging & press forging equipment. We are producing forged component parts for Piping, Oil & Gas and many other industrial usage products.

DRILLING

Solid forged components are drilled using high productivity U-drill machines improving production time, accuracy, tolerance and surface finish. We are committed to provide high accuracy parts on time maintaining highest accuracy standards.

MACHINING

We are Focused on optimum satisfaction of customers by offering a productive and qualitative machining with latest CNC Machines. These services are highly appreciated for timeliness and cost-effectiveness

INSPECTION

Each and every part goes through complete checking process with thread guages and measuring instruments. Parts are washed with non-acidic cleaners and applied with anti-rust to ensure best surface finish and quality.

PACKAGING

We ensure best and standardised packaging of our parts by using standard packing list, box sizes and pallets. High quality cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable and eco-friendly.
